one of those days where you gotta ride, even if just for a bit. my daughter had her official induction into brownies, so i threw the bike on the jeep and decided to spin thru golden and just putz around the paths afterwards just to get out. ended up at GCB to have a pint w/ hillary, jen, and then later ed & dave. it quickly got dark, and me w/o lights, so i called my wife to have her and the kidlings meet me nearby for some mexican food (and a ride home). ;-)

People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder may be plagued by persistent thoughts or images, or by the urgent need to engage in certain rituals. They may be obsessed with dirt. Symptoms are further defined by the tendency to haggle over small details, which subsequently begins a mental pre-occupation. In addition to these criteria, the sufferer must realize that his/her obsessions are excessive. Moreover, the obsessions or compulsions must be time-consuming (taking up more than one hour per day), causing impairment in social and/or occupational functioning. For people with severe OCD, it may take several hours a day to carry out the compulsive acts.
