not a big order by any means, but still… don't you just love when new bike parts arrive on your doorstep? and yes, i often frequent the local vendors (current favorite shops are golden bike shop and westside cycling), but sometimes you just gotta click'n'buy when bike nashbar SPAMs you w/ their current sales flyer. contents of the box? new headset for the secret Winter Project Bike, some cables and "power straps" for the steel bonty, and some replacement bollé frames since mine are broken and probably pushin' 10 years old.
super windy tonight. hopefully not so gusty tomorrow– not sure what the destination will be, but gotta get out, especially when temps are climbing up for a short respite from the cold.

People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder may be plagued by persistent thoughts or images, or by the urgent need to engage in certain rituals. They may be obsessed with dirt. Symptoms are further defined by the tendency to haggle over small details, which subsequently begins a mental pre-occupation. In addition to these criteria, the sufferer must realize that his/her obsessions are excessive. Moreover, the obsessions or compulsions must be time-consuming (taking up more than one hour per day), causing impairment in social and/or occupational functioning. For people with severe OCD, it may take several hours a day to carry out the compulsive acts.
