trying to take it easy on the ankle, as i think i probably pushed too hard, too soon. so decided to circumnavigate north table mountain—clockwise—w/ a slight detour to white ranch from golden (to avoid hwy 93). other than a stupid flat tire (on the road), it was a nice spin.

People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder may be plagued by persistent thoughts or images, or by the urgent need to engage in certain rituals. They may be obsessed with dirt. Symptoms are further defined by the tendency to haggle over small details, which subsequently begins a mental pre-occupation. In addition to these criteria, the sufferer must realize that his/her obsessions are excessive. Moreover, the obsessions or compulsions must be time-consuming (taking up more than one hour per day), causing impairment in social and/or occupational functioning. For people with severe OCD, it may take several hours a day to carry out the compulsive acts.
