after a casual cruise on the bike path the other day w/ the family (so much fun watching my 8-yo daughter ride her 24" mtn bike), i ventured up to matthews/winters to get some time on the dirt while the weather was cooperative (turns out michelle was out there, too, though we didn't run into each other).
took out the ti lite '96'er—now running the ergon grips—and had a great time (short but sweet). bike climbs like a goat, though i need to put the QR seat collar back on that frame, as i'd like the option to drop the saddle when necessary– like coming down the backside of morrison slide (almost the first OTB of the year). ;-)

People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder may be plagued by persistent thoughts or images, or by the urgent need to engage in certain rituals. They may be obsessed with dirt. Symptoms are further defined by the tendency to haggle over small details, which subsequently begins a mental pre-occupation. In addition to these criteria, the sufferer must realize that his/her obsessions are excessive. Moreover, the obsessions or compulsions must be time-consuming (taking up more than one hour per day), causing impairment in social and/or occupational functioning. For people with severe OCD, it may take several hours a day to carry out the compulsive acts.
