weather too nice to ignore... coming down w/ some chest cold though (see what i get for volunteering at the pre-school?!) so no dirt action today (conditions aren't ideal anyway).
easy spin up and around the arvada reservoir bike path. several "senior" cyclists out, which i love to see. god willing, i hope to spinning as an octogenarian. ;-)

People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder may be plagued by persistent thoughts or images, or by the urgent need to engage in certain rituals. They may be obsessed with dirt. Symptoms are further defined by the tendency to haggle over small details, which subsequently begins a mental pre-occupation. In addition to these criteria, the sufferer must realize that his/her obsessions are excessive. Moreover, the obsessions or compulsions must be time-consuming (taking up more than one hour per day), causing impairment in social and/or occupational functioning. For people with severe OCD, it may take several hours a day to carry out the compulsive acts.
