still waiting on a training plan, so just trying to get out when i can...
taylor called and asked if i wanted to meet him out at the arvada BMX track, so i decided to ride there. tail wind made quick work, and had a good time– both riding and watching. from a 5 year old boy (awesome!) to a pro rider on sweet yeti, it only reinforced the desire to get a bike park built in golden. ;-)
i could see myself on one of those bikes and one of those tracks. good stuff.

People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder may be plagued by persistent thoughts or images, or by the urgent need to engage in certain rituals. They may be obsessed with dirt. Symptoms are further defined by the tendency to haggle over small details, which subsequently begins a mental pre-occupation. In addition to these criteria, the sufferer must realize that his/her obsessions are excessive. Moreover, the obsessions or compulsions must be time-consuming (taking up more than one hour per day), causing impairment in social and/or occupational functioning. For people with severe OCD, it may take several hours a day to carry out the compulsive acts.
