schedule today only allowed for two mini-rides: a pre-lunch jaunt around the 'hood, in shorts and a t-shirt (no cyclometer); followed by a short, late-afternoon ride through east golden and up south table mountain, wearing long pants and a wind breaker. kept a close eye on the ominous dark clouds encircling lookout mountain, carefully watching for bolts from the hand of Zeus (lightning doesn't strike titanium, right?!). ;-)
got back to the jeep just as the rain started.

People with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder may be plagued by persistent thoughts or images, or by the urgent need to engage in certain rituals. They may be obsessed with dirt. Symptoms are further defined by the tendency to haggle over small details, which subsequently begins a mental pre-occupation. In addition to these criteria, the sufferer must realize that his/her obsessions are excessive. Moreover, the obsessions or compulsions must be time-consuming (taking up more than one hour per day), causing impairment in social and/or occupational functioning. For people with severe OCD, it may take several hours a day to carry out the compulsive acts.
